Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Storrington with plenty to see and do. The rooms, although a bit worn out with old carpet and window frames, were clean, and the efficient shower and Wi-Fi were great. The dining experience was a letdown with limited and poor quality breakfast options, but the great breakfast made up for it. Overall, the hotel offers a charming stay with a few minor setbacks.
The hotel's location is classic, right in the heart of the village with ample parking at the rear for guests. Though the room had a big bathroom, we had to leave the window open due to warmth, causing noise from the road to become an issue. The absence of a bedside light and curtain on one side was a downside.
I found the hotel to be a mixed bag - the rooms were of good quality with a large bathroom, comfy bed, and very clean, but a bit old-fashioned. The service was decent overall. The location is classic, right in the heart of the village, but could get quite hot and noisy due to traffic. The dining experience was unsatisfactory in every way, except the fish and chips, which were excellent.
